This is a story that I think could happen right after the season 2 finale. Everyone is on a ship with nowhere to run and plenty of extra time to have some "unwanted" conversations. This is a TERRIBLE description but this is a story about Regina having conversations with everyone on the ship. The main subject of discussion is family. Eventually we make it to Neverland too.
