Ok so write about myself here...umm..I am a canadian living on the east coast and I enjoy reading and writing. In high school I took the class in both 10th and 11th grade 10th grade was mr. murphy and well...to be honest i didn't learn anything from him really other than how to improvise and come up with things off the top of my head. His topics for assignments were rather boreing like "what i did on the weekend".Sorry but theres only so many times and ways you can spin watched tv and slept in. So me being the smart ass I was decided to spice it up and make things up. He also had a rule if we could give him an excuse for not doing the homework that he had never heard we would get the credit.. I would spend more time on my excuses than my assignments like my brother had puppies or theres was a rip in the fabric of time and I had to sew it up.

My next teacher Miss Mooney..she was wonderful..she got us thinking and she supported us. One quirk about her was all of her clothes looked like upholstery fabric. And one day at lunch I read a story i wrote about her stalking a couch through sears with a gun hunting it down. She overheard us and of course walked up behind me and I thought oh great I am in trouble here. To my surprise she said"well go on...I want to know if a bag the couch."I even got extra credit for it. her topics were things like what would your shoe say if it could talk ?or what would the world be like if we all had an extra limb?

So I hope to improve my writeing by posting here and having suggestions. good or bad although I will refuse to get in flamewars with anyone. I don't see the point in feeding those kind of fires.

Most of my writing has come from roleplaying and I am a big computer and gamer geek. I play D&D,read comic books and web comics,name my computers and have a bookshelf full of books of various subjects and intrests. So I hope only to improve from here on in.:)
