Author has written 1 story for Fairy Tales. Howdy all! I am currently a junior in college, working towards my degree in Secondary Mathematics Education. I enjoy reading immensely, and writing occasionally. On the side I like to play rugby and pull pranks on the girls I live with (mwahaha). My favorite books include, but are not limited to Harry Potter, anything by Tamora Pierce, The Mortal Instruments, anything by Richelle Mead, The Inheritance Cycle, The Immortals (by Alyson Noel), and The Hunger Games trilogy. I also like some historical fiction, and I absolutely loathe anything that has bad greek mythology. If you're going to write about this ancient culture, at least do your homework and get it right. In the world of fanfiction I mainly stick to Harry Potter fics, my favorite pairings being Harry Potter/Tom Riddle Jr., Harry Potter/Tonks, Harry Potter/Daphne Greengrass, and well pretty much Harry Potter with anyone other than Ginny, or either of the Malfoys. I also like Neville/Luna because they are cute together, and Hermoine/Viktor because Krum is badass and Hermoine needs a guy who isn't oblivious to everything around him. I'm not a huge fan of Ron and Ginny simply because they are annoying (in fanficiton) most of the time. My favorite types of stories are Slytherin! or Ravenclaw!Harry, Dark!Harry, Creature!Harry, and any combination of those as long as they are written right. I also like time travel and wrong BWL fics as long as they are not overdone and not horribly cliched. I don't usually read stories without Harry as the main character, but there have been a few that caught my interest in the past. My first foray into fanfiction writing is a long poem inspired by Little Red Riding Hood, called A Contest of Wills. It moves between two points of view, describing the relationship the two characters share. Well, I guess that's all for now. Ciao. |
