Why, hello. I'm a 19 year old college student, majoring in languages. English is not my native language, so I apologize in advance for my poor grammar and vocabulary.

My favourite books are Harry Potter, His Dark Materials which traumatised me (a children's book, really?), the Hunger Games, Melina Marchetta's books (what is up with Australian authors? WHY are you so great?), A Song of Ice and Fire, and many others including obscure French literature.

I love music and I love getting music recommendations. Or even book recommendations, as a matter of fact. I like drumb and bass, rock, indie, and all sorts of stuff. For example, the XX, the Kills, Gregory and the Hawk, Massive Attack, the Killers, soley and tons of others that I'm forgetting to mention.

I also have an insane addiction to tv shows, no matter how stupid : Gilmore Girls, Once Upon a Time, Dollhouse (OH MY GOD WHY DID YOU CANCEL IT), Firefly (DITTO), Game of Thrones and many others.

I'm the most shy and awkward person you'll ever meet and this is the biggest tragedy of my life because I wish I could talk to people without sounding like I'm a complete moron.

My ultimate pairing is Tom Riddle/Ginny Weasley. It's my drug, my obsession and it's the greatest thing on earth and my favorite thing to read. Then, there's Tom Riddle/Luna Lovegood and Tomione, pretty much at the same level.
Basically, my thing is dark couples. I like fluff to a certain extent, but obsession, Stockholm Syndrome, sick and twisted fairy tales, love and hate entwined, blood, pain and revenge - that's what keeps me going.
