About me: Canadian, film student, lover of many fictional characters.

Current #1 fandom obsession: AVENGERS!!! The MCU has taken over my life, and my fic brain was a casualty in the hostile takeover.

Fav Avenger (everyone should have one): Captain America, Steve Rogers. (I love each and every one dearly, but Steve is my bebe.)

Other interests: I've gotten into actually *reading* comics this past year, so I'm really into whatever comics my poor student bank account can afford. Mostly read Marvel and Batman stuff, but recently branched out and bought a Justice League book. I have a never-ending, and always-expanding list of movies and tv shows that I a) love, b) plan to watch or rewatch, and c) want to get into if I'm not already. I'm also a gamer, and since this past January, I'm in archery! I LOVE IT. If you've ever been interested, and there's a way you can do it where you are, I highly recommend it. I also attempt to draw every once in a while.

I'll list some of my top fandoms, but in the past this bio has been insanely long and beastly, so I'll try to keep it brief. I'm also on Tumblr, with this penname, plus an 89 after. (If you want to chat about something not listed, I'm sure I probably still know it, and just forgot to include it.)

Note about my stories: I am dreadfully sorry for the horrendous gap between updates. I am someone who starts new stories all the time, gets really excited about them and does all this work, and then before they're publish-worthy, gets into a different fandom, or gets a new idea (or twenty). Avengers has been the longest-reigning fandom thus far (dethroning Inception, which completely hijacked me and inserted itself into everything ELSE, and now that's Avengers), and so I come up with countless plot bunnies of all shapes and sizes. It's when I sit down to pound a story out to completion, that I have difficulty. So I apologize if you are waiting for an update on my stories. Officially, my Easter Egg story is on hiatus, and it is unknown when I will come back to One More and Mark, but I still love both of those universes very much, and plan to. Bourne and Firefly are still very much faves of mine, so when I watch them next and get inspiration, I will work on them.

Beloved fandoms and movies and shows (but by no means a comprehensive list):

Avengers (the characters live my life in my brain with me, okay?), BATMAN (EVERYTHING BATMAN), Marvel (comics, cartoons, movies), DC (comics, cartoons, movies), Inception, Hunger Games, Daniel Craig!Bond movies, the Nolan Batman films (and really anything by Nolan), Looper, Haywire, Wreck-It Ralph, Harry Potter, Firefly, LOTR, Star Wars, Star Trek, Dollhouse, Alias, LOST, Person of Interest, Revenge (watch if you aren't!!), Arrow, The Prisoner (miniseries with Jim Caviezel and Ian McKellen - WATCH THIS IF YOU LIKE MINDBENDING THINGS THAT ARE EPIC), X-men movies, Spidey movies (and the new animated show, which is ADD but adorable), Bourne movies (and anything like them), Push (Chris Evans movie about superpowers with Dakota Fanning, SO GREAT), Community, NCIS and NCIS:LA, Castle, Pixar movies (and shorts), and anything awesome, basically. I'm really into scifi/action/etc movies, espionage, that sort of thing, but there are SO many things out there, it's impossible to list everything I love.

Recommendations of (maybe) lesser-seen things that YOU SHOULD SEE: The Prisoner, Hanna, Equilibrium (dystopian with Christian Bale), Reign of Fire (heh, post-apocalyptic with DRAGONS with Christian Bale and Matthew McConaughey), Push, Chronicle, The Fifth Element... OH, AND IF YOU'RE A WHEDON FAN, WATCH MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING WHEN IT COMES TO THEATRES ON JUNE 7. I saw it at TIFF, it was utterly fantastic and whimsical and adorable. And if you haven't played Arkham Asylum or Arkham City, you are missing out. DO SO AT ONCE.

I love to gush about my fav actors too, but I'll spare you that list.
