![]() Author has written 9 stories for Harry Potter. Hey all. Welcome to my outlet. About me: One might describe me as a Harry Potter obsessed teen with an unhealthy addiction to fanfiction. They'd be pretty accurate. Hey, what can I say? Harry Potter lives on! Please skip the paragraph below if you don't want to be bored to death. I can totally sympathize. My username is pen7sword. The 7 was supposed to be a greater than or equal to sign, you know? See the resemblence? I had to use a 7 because you can't use the sign thing in your username. Anyway- pen7sword is supposed to represent the saying, the pen is mightier than the sword. I think that's how it goes. I was actually going to write that out, but at that time I didn't realize you could put spaces, and I was thisclose to making penismightierthanthesword my username. Geez, I'm a mess. See how awkward that looks? You get the idea. I definitely did not want that to be my username, so I had to use the pathetic 7, which kind of, sort of, does not really look like the greater than or equal to sign. It's pathetic, but also mildly hilarious if you think about it. Now that my explanation is over, we can get on to the good stuff. I mostly write Harry Potter fanfics. I've been reading and writing them forever, but I just got an official account in...July? I have about a million half started fanfics on my computer because I basically start new fanfics every five seconds when I get the random urge to write about a new pairing or idea. It's horrible, I know- I've posted the one that I think I can finish because my faithful reviewers (cough COUGH) will faithfully review, and therefore motivate me. I have like half really deep stories which are probably really boring to everyone else, and half fluffy stories that are just for fun and not much good. Flirting in a Train Compartment, my current only story, is more half deep but a bit of both, which will hopefully keep people interested. I have an awful tendency to go way too far into a depth of a character, which is also very boring. Please let me know if I do that. Harry Potter stories: Marauder's Era: The Last Memory- one-shot. The Golden Trio Era: Forever- This is a Remus/Tonks series of one shots. I think it counts as Golden Trio Era...? Next Generation: Flirting in a Train Compartment- a multi- chaptered fanfic involving a hot Slytherin and a red-headed Potter. Go figure. I also think every Harry Potter fanfiction writer, at some point, has to write all of these stories- -Marriage law: I've written several of these but don't trust myself to update regularly so I haven't posted any. -19 years: I've started one, but it's been written so many times that it's pretty hard to be original. And besides, as you already know the ending, it's kind of lame when you're writing about them deciding what to name the kid- like you're probably thinking, ugh! Just suggest James already! -A oneshot- oneshots are the best. Short, sweet, and anything you want :) -A long chapter story- I currently have two growing stories. Long? Perhaps. -Lily/James falling in love: Sweet, but again, it's been written so many times that you're just waiting for baby Harry to pop out. I mean, come on, where's the creativity in names? Canon Pairings Harry/Ginny, Ron/Hermione: In the book, I loved Ron and Hermione and Harry and Ginny, but in the movies I was a total Harry and Hermione fan! They had so many amazingly sweet moments, especially the dancing scene and the scene in part 2 where she offers to go with him. That was heartbreaking. I totally cried! So yes, I love Harry and Hermione, but I find them really difficult to write about. Portraying it on film was one thing, but they're so complicated together that I can't seem to get the feelings right. Remus/Tonks: YES, YES, YES!!!!!!! One young metamorphagus and hot werewolf? AMAZING! Draco/Astoria: Please. Too many people love Draco for him to end up with some girl we've never heard of. After all- who is Astoria? And what kind of name is Greengrass? I mean, duh! Lily/James: Aww. Gotta love it. :) Molly/Arthur: So cute!!! All those kids? They must have been really in love! Bill/Fleur: Cute, yeah, especially in the movie. Both good looking and intriguing characters. Percy/Audrey: Congratulations to Percy for finding a woman. I suppose horn-rimmed glasses might be found attractive by someone. Although, for all we know, Audrey has a matching pair. George/Angelina: I think they're sweet! I mean, we can all assume that there was something going on between Angelina and Fred, so I suppose when he died, she just moved on to the identical copy of him! Haha, I'm just kidding, Fred lovers- (myself included!)- I'm sure George is just as loveable in his own unique way. Neville/Hannah: Okay, all we know about Hannah is that she is a round faced, cheerful, kind Hufflepuff who was a prefect and in the DA. Nice enough, but worthy of Neville? I think not. Narcissa/Lucius: Many people think their relationship was abusive, but I don't think so. Somehow, she must have fell for the evil, shallow, blond haired git. Love conquers all. Bellatrix/Rodolphus: All I can say- poor Rodolphus! Non-canon pairings: Favorite characters (Besides the first one, probably not in any particular order): 1. Harry. Gosh, I am completely in love with him. Merlin, have you seen those green eyes??? 2. Harry. Oh, besides him? Um...maybe Severus. 3. James Potter. And Sirius Black. And Remus Lupin. Heck, all the Marauders. Except Peter. 4. Hermione. But more when she's with Harry. When she's with Ron...grrr! 5. Draco *swoons* 6. Scorpius *swoons even more* 7. Ginny. But not when she's out of character or in the movies. When she's strictly like she is in the books, I love her! 8. Voldemort, because grudgingly, I have to admit, he made the Harry Potter series possible. Sadly, Harry Potter with a normal life (though enough to keep me occupied- all I need is Harry) would probably not have attracted the crowd he has now. And besides, noseless, hairless, spidery, soul-splitted villains are strangely attractive. But don't ever make me repeat that. 9. Fred. 10. George. Let me make this clear. Fred and George are completely different people. No, the only difference is not that Fred dies and George loses an ear. Hardly. |
