Team RWBY's first year together, picking off a short time after their formation as a team. Mainly focusing on the team, specifically Weiss and Ruby (eventual fem/slash). The girls experience the joys of being in a band, deal with the responsibility of being Huntresses, and find that Beacon is not as safe as they thought it would be. Mix of adventure/romance/slice-of-life/comedy.

And a romance interest. Deals with people who were considered evil before the apocalypse and those who betrayed their own humanity to survive. M for Violence, language, sexuality.

This journey will end in the mourning of a hero as many ask, "How did it come to this?" Rated T for some violence, mild suggestive themes.
