It has side effects however which makes him pursue a career as a vigilante rather than pursuing his childhood dream of being a pro hero. He's a normal teen but becomes violent and bloodthirsty during fights, which gets the League of Villains interested in him.

The role of the hero is to win and save the day, no matter the cost. But, is it really that simple? Everyone has a limit before they reach their breaking point and the realization overwhelms them. As if being the Sekiryuutei was not enough, he is also one of the few remaining male specimens of his dying race, the Nekoshou's. The league of villains is plotting something to find out Izuku and All Might's connection with each other. But, within that, will they find more? Will Toga find what she never thought she would?

An incident when he was a kid had cause him fear of using his own Quirk. But what if All Might wanted him to use that Quirk to be the next symbol of peace?

Issei came home, ready to finally tell Rias his feelings. But when he arrives he catches her sleeping with another man. In a fit of rage and sadness, Issei expels his pieces and disappears.
