Okay, I'll come clean and admit it: I've been having you on, though my intention wasn't to be flamed by the rational and/or sane fans of YGO. I wrote the fic and posted it as an experiment: just how bad does a badfic have to be before even the rabid fangirls squawk? And is the average fangirl smart enough to recognise a blatant anachronism when she sees one?

Obviously I didn't get to find out - the very first review was from a rational fan, which probably drove any fangirls sniffing around my fic away.

Funny how no-one realised that the fic was too bad to be serious - only Orahiko came close to catching me.
