Dearest Readers, Hello and welcome to the awesome realm of everything that goes on in my head while making excuses. Its a wonderful place. Enjoy my ramblings. So… Hi. A bit about me. My biggest book fandom would have to be Percy Jackson (aka my dependable fandom I always come back to). My favourite colour is corn-flower blue, though my entire family still thinks its purple (I went through a phase). My biggest TV fandom is a toss up between NCIS, Conviction (why do they keep cancelling Haley Attwell's shows?), The Brave (so so good I need a season 2 and I'm not getting one), and Young Justice (Best. Show. Ever. Cancelled way too soon. BUT WE GOT THE NETFLIX REVIVAL!!) And Teen Wolf. Can't forget about the national treasure that is Teen Wolf. Everyone should also throw some love towards For The People, which is a legal drama where young lawyers actually act like 20-Somethings and yes. Kids TV shows are the best by far. Especially the ones from when I was little (meaning the 2000s). Anybody who disagrees can fight me. (A little warning: I was raised as the only girl of six. Thats right, five boys- two little brothers and three cousins who basically are my brothers.) My favourite movie fandom would have to be How To Train Your Dragon (Race to the Edge is finished and I need the new movie STAT). Other favourite movies include War Horse, Big Hero 6, The Goonies, The Greatest Showman, Rise of the Guardians, Now You See Me, The Incredibles (12), Gentlemen Prefer Blondes, WONDER WOMAN, Guardians of the Galaxy, Black Panther, and Brave. And Harry Potter, of course. Somehow King Arthur: Legend of the Sword has burrowed its way into my soul and I'm seriously in love. AND OCEAN'S 8 WAS THE MIRACLE 2018 NEEDED. Peggy Carter is my goddess. Or maybe thats just Hayley Atwell? Couldn't tell you. (Steggy lives forever in my dreams) I love comics that have been turned into TV shows and movies and I wish I could read the comics. Unfortunately I used to live in a town that doesn't even have a bookstore. And my friends think I'm weird enough as it is. However, my big-city friends now give me comics for presents. My best friend is from Mexico City. She betas most of my stuff for me which is now ten times easier since she lives with me. She's the Scott to my Stiles. Literally, she's all tall and tan and optimistic and has werewolf body temperate while I'm small and pale and the opposite of positive. I grew up dancing competitively and ride horses (Jumping. My mare was a bitch, and now I miss her bitchy ass). I enjoy spending way too much time on my laptop. Reading fanfics, writing fanfics, watching TV shows for inspiration for fanfics. I"m halfway through my second year of university and it high-key scares me because I have no idea what I'm doing. I'm working on an original short story series that started as a prompt for an old English class. Its actually a really cool idea that I made up and so I've been working on that, too. I'm thinking of posting it on Inkett or Wattpad. Thoughts? I've got some of my completed works, meaning my one-shots, posted on Inkitt.com. I promise even when I'm not posting, I am always writing and working on a new chapter or brainstorming ideas. I'm even working on timelines and chapter plot summaries to help me write more clearly and not just off the top of my head. I have random sticky notes in scribblers and on my wall and a dragon's hoard of half-written fics on my phone and in google docs. I love writing these things way too much for my health. You know when you haven't read more than a chapter or two of your favourite book in months that you are in too deep to FanFiction.Net. This website is distracting and I love it. Especially since I discovered Young Justice fanfics. *sigh* Dick Grayson… I prefer to write at least 2 drafts of anything that will be posted online. Not to mention that I normally like to post for one story then the others to make it even but I've been breaking that rule a lot. It's like parents not playing favourites. It so happens. Something for Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo is in the works because that book is magic. A shit ton of The Brave stuff because I am OBSESSED. Possibly another Teen Wolf epic but that is a long way off. And thats pretty much it. Disclaimers: The Saviour Angel- I do not own TVD because if I did everyone would be Team Damon! I only own Allessandria, Toby, and any other characters I make up in the future. All rights go to the C.W. and L.J. Smith. The Original Twin- I (unfortunately) do not own TVD. I would probably settle just for meeting Uncle Rick. Or a Percy themed ride at an amusement park The Black-McKinnon Guide to Scheming- If I was the Potterhead's Queen would I really be writing fanfiction rather than an actual Marauders series? (which we all need...) The Seating Plan- I was inspired by a tumblr post with beautiful artwork but sadly I do not own any of the characters or recognizable content.
