I have been writing for most of my life. I have a broad range of genres that I enjoy reading, so this also translates into my writing. I have always thought that Batman and Family were the greatest because they had no fancy super powers to rely on, and yet they were the best at what they did. Dick Grayson (Robin 1/Nightwing) stole my heart back when I was 7 years old (Who says you can't fall in love with a fictional character?), so you'll find that my stories will feature Dick Grayson and his alter-egos prominently because he is my first love and I am ever faithful. :D I will often stray from canon, and you can almost always assume its an AU. So, I tend to pick and choose what I include in my stories and AUs from a variety of locations, and then I give them all a fantastic twist. Most often, it will be from comics pre-52, but I take from the new-52 (seldom), and from television shows. (Not so much from movies.) Nothing from the new Rebirth because most of what I am writing was plotted before the Rebirth took place . . . And honestly, I am a bit of a traditionalist anyway. If I am honest, several of these stories should be crossovers, but they are not. Mostly, it is because I want people to find them easier, but also because those guest-starring in my stories are pretty much that - mere guest stars. The story always focuses on the Bat Family or the Young Justice team. So, while technically they should be crossovers, I have yet to write one of those. As you can obviously tell by now, I love to add original characters to my stories. Most are simply supporting characters put there because I need more people to make the story interesting. My intention is that you will either love to love them or love to hate them. It is my goal that you will meet some of these characters and want them for your best friend, your next-door neighbor, your girlfriend or boyfriend, or (for my villains) someone like Batman/Robin/Nightwing (or others) to capture them in splendid prose and lock them up!
