The object of his affection is Maria Geraldine Hedgehog.

She is extremely beautiful and intelligent, and is also very shy. Maria is very sensitive to the power of the Chaos Emeralds; merely touching one is enough to make her faint. The object of her affection is Miles Sonic Hedgehog.
