I feel like I'm writing a description for a dating website. And for the record, I'm single, just so we're all clear as to how that adventure turned out.

A little bit about me I suppose. Name's Janet, which is fine and dandy but being named after two dead aunts us kinda weird so I go by Jay or JayJ. I've been reading fanfiction for ages though I never really cared to write any. Until I discovered Rizzoli & Isles. I'm slowly posting all of the stories I've written, while writing more. Writing has never been my passion but it's something that people have always told me I'm good at. I still don't believe them but I figure it's worth a shot. Stories I do post will be spread out since I own and am building my own business. I'm also currently in the process of looking for another place to live and the difficulties that come with that and packing. Another reason I don't write nearly as much as I could is that I'm mildly obsessed with video games and I own both X-Box and PS3 and play them equally. That being said, I'm not particularly any good at them but oh well. I live in Texas and was born and raised here. I collect weird things for my age (no, I'm not telling you what that number is) like coins and decks of cards, and other things usually reserved for people entering retirement, which I am far from. I like long walks on the beach and- oh, right. Not actually a dating website. I'm mildly addicted to watches (yes, you read that right), majorly addicted to coffee and Rizzles, growing addicted to Once Upon A Time (Viva la Swan Queen baby!). Fall is my favorite season for one reason: Pumpkin Spice Latte.

Besides English, I speak French fluently and have since I was 3 (weird for a born and bread Texan with no French relatives, I know) and German almost fluently at what I call tourist fluency. Don't even get my started about the languages I want to learn.

I only really have ever enjoyed reading and writing femslash and I'd like to at some point write stories for my original femslash loves, before I discovered R&I, which include Criminal Minds, House, M.D., NCIS, and more, and some minor femslash curiosities I have.

I may at some point write multi-chapter stories but I usually don't have the patience (or attention span) to do so. You will likely only see one-, two-, or three-shot stories from me.

I did the awkward thing and used my last name in my twitter handle so I'm just gonna avoid putting that up here... If you really want to follow me, which would probably be a little weird (but flattering!) to me, I'd be more than happy to send it in a PM, just ask. When I remember the password to my tumblr and can actually access that, I'll put the URL up.
