Author has written 2 stories for Percy Jackson and the Olympians. Dear FanFiction.net Audience, I suppose I should introduce myself here. I am bored in the final weeks of the first semester of the last year in my high school. All that means is that I have nurtured a hatred for CommonApp and succumbed to Senioritis. In my sophomore year, I found this site thanks to an amazing friend of mine. Since then, I come to this site to escape reality. After some time, and a little prodding from said good friend, I started to hash out some plots for my favorite series like Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, and Percy Jackson. It was only after watching the movie Pan's Labyrinth (in my senior year), that I decided to expand on these plots and see if I could follow in the footsteps of my favorite authors. Unfortunately, I am not an amazing writer. Fortunately, I am as stubborn as hell. The result of weeks of research and a lot of terrible writing was the prologue for the story Perseverance. After another "gentle" push in the right direction, my best friend convinced me to publish it to this site. And that, dear FanFiction.net audience, is the prologue to my story. Plans for the future: Waves of the Mediterranean 12/6: 12/7: 12/8: 12/9: 12/10: Write. 12/11: Publish. Perseverance - Continued in The Waves of the Mediterranean I felt as if some of the characters in Percy's family were forced (Aspasia and his sisters) and just decided to reducethe number of people. Also, I changed a few parts of the first few chapters and needed to re-post them. So I decided to start afresh with a new story. I will have posted the first few chapters (through chapter 5) of the rewritten version by the 12th. |
