Jaguar D. Artage is the captain of Rocket Pirates, a pirate group from the East Blue, who was nicknamed 'Satellite' by the marine. While calling himself a Pirate, he almost never do mischief. Bounty which he gained is from destroying marine quarters in the West and East Blue.
