Chin and his task force in San Francisco, are involved in a difficult case of a serial killer. They have apparently crossed with a CIA operation so with every action he takes finds out somebody is building walls to block him. Chin asks Steve for help, he knows the SEAL has the training, skills and contacts to knock down those walls.

I loved 4.21 & think the writers did a great job honoring Steve & Cath's relationship, but wished we could have had more about what they were thinking & feeling, so here's my take. I know not everyone may feel the same way, so if you disagree or hated the episode I won't be offended if you choose not to read as this story might not be for you. Obviously contains major spoilers.
