When Kevin's coach threatens to kick him off the football team unless he improves his grades, Kevin is forced to study. It's either bring up his grade in chemistry or forfeit his full-ride scholarship to the college of his dreams. Double Dee doesn't see the harm in giving Kevin a chance to be his study buddy. After Neil dies, Norman is miserable. Dipper steps up to the plate though, quickly filling the void Neil left. When Norman's family goes on an emergency road trip to California, the Pines twin sees this as an opportunity to bond with his friend and cheer him up. If only he knew how much they'd bond..
