 Update 03-19-2018 I might get into writing one day...it's funny how much life can change in the blink of an eye. I lost my wife 08-30-2016 to a stroke. She was 38 years young...left home friday morning she was fine...sat the emergency room...brain dead at 4pm Tues...never take tomorrow or your loved ones for granted. Till this day...walking in that room and telling my then 16 year old daughter her mother was gone...still kills me! I started reading from this site during my 2008 deployment to Iraq. Been reading from here ever since. Big fan of Ranma 1/2, Samurai girls, and Freezing. Not to stray off, but this site helped me deal with the stuff I was having to deal with. Fanfiction had helped me get some demons while on deployment. I don't have PTSD but did get pushed to some mental limits there. I have pretty much enjoyed most of the stories here even some of the bad ones has some entertaining appeal to it. So I thank all of you for your stories over the years, they helped me go to a place that was innocent...(somebody's laughing at this guy but oh well) Won't get into writing/submitting stories anytime soon. Circumstances have arisen that will end my time here. I will edit my favorites to just a few that are being updated and those that I hope will get finished...Peace to all!! |
