Hi, i'm LadyArin. I'm a twenty-something female who lives in the United States, and i read and write fanfiction.

Hi, i'm LadyArin. Basically, i have no idea how to be a social, friendly person. I don't know if you care about my favorite series/pairings/color/brand of toothpaste, or where i live, or how old i am, or ... anything else somebody might put in a profile. I've been writing stories since before i could physically write them down in a legible fashion, so even though i think most of what i write is crap i'm not likely to stop any time soon.

I'm not likely to post much; my finished-to-completed-stories ratio is depressing, and i'm my own worst critic. If i favorite your story, i'll review it (eventually; promise!). I'm no good at constructive criticism, but i'll try and tell you what i liked about it.

Probably 80% of what i write is developing my own big, complex, slightly cracky, and occasionally cross-over "personal canon" , and will never, ever be posted anywhere. Or finished, most likely.

I love cross-over fanfiction, happy future!fics, and well-written fluff.

Apparently, i do better writing short fics as opposed to long ones.

I am working on sequels to Leveraging the Odds and If, and will one day publish them. In theory.

I don't like character-bashing, even of characters i don't like.

Looking at the diversity of the fandoms on my "favorites" page makes me happy, for some reason.

I love poetry, but i cannot write it.

The Chameleon Arch is God's gift to cross-over fanfic writers. Or, considering what it's done to my writing, maybe a curse.
