Fan credentials: I'm old enough to remember seeing Star Wars in the theatre the first time around, but young at heart enough to have my very own Jedi robes in the closet. I've loved science fiction and fantasy my entire life. Although it took a fair amount of coaxing--Sophia, this is all your fault--to finally start writing some of these stories down.

Real Life credentials: A Bachelor's in Mathematics, a Masters in English, eight years as a communications officer in the United States Air Force. I've lived in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Virginia, and Texas. I've traveled all over the United States, to Canada and Saudi Arabia, and everywhere in Europe I could get to. I am now a 6-year survivor of Homeownership.
