Despite what my penname is, I am NOT Stegs. It is not my real name, it is not my nickname, it is not even my real PENNAME.

In days like these, where words are being used as weapons, I prefer to stay a coward and stay in hiding from the sharpened spear of a bad review. Because, most times, people when given a harsh review - like the ones I use this penname to deal out - tend to give a mean review on a story of the person who gave them the harsh one. Either that or not read their stories at all.

I don't want to chase away potential readers and bring bad reviews crashing down upon my head, so, I keep my harsh reviews seperate from my writings and will never, to my knowledge, reveal my real penname to anyone who is reading this. If you are my friend, you know it all ready because chances are you've seen all the reviews I've given out before I've posted them.

I'll give you a tiny clue who I am, though: I am a person who is less than 3,000 words away from being allowed to become a Beta on this site.

I hope that you won't mistake my seriousness about writing as bitchiness, I truly do not want to come across that way, I just take writing seriously. I want to turn it into my profession and I feel that there's so much that can be brought to life through writing and there's no point to writing a bad piece and making it stalk the Earth like Frankstein's monster.

If I have given you a review - which is why you're looking at my profile, I assume - please at least consider what I'm saying.
