Hi! I'm sshg316, also known around fandom as Shug. I'm just an avid reader who somehow fell into Harry Potter fan fiction and eventually Twilight. I read, and sometimes I write.

Not all of my stories are posted on this site. Additional stories can be found at Ashwinder, Granger Enchanted, The Petulant Poetess, Occlumency, OWL, Lumos, and Pureblood. Most are rated T, so an account is not needed to read. Feel free to check out my LiveJournal, as well. There are some stories there that are not posted elsewhere.

I was recently on a writing hiatus, but I'm back now ... knock on wood! The writer's block has finally broken. Finally. I was fearful that I would never write again. Real life just sucks sometimes, and though I hated leaving works un-updated for so long--and I am so very, very sorry about the long wait--my children took priority. They will always come first. :)

Anyway, look for a new Twi-fic coming very soon--I will not post until it is complete, so no worries there. I will NEVER post a WIP again. Just sayin'. They will always be completed prior to posting from here on out! See below for updates regarding my WIPs.

Between the Sand and Stone: I am working on this story again. Updates may not be quick, but hopefully they'll be fairly regular. Expect this story to be around 18-19 chapters.

The Easy Way Out: This is a new all-human Twi-fic that should begin posting before January, 2015. It's a short story and will not post until it is complete.
