![]() Author has written 6 stories for Rurouni Kenshin. "The difference between friends and pets is that friends we allow into our company, pets we allow into our solitude." - Robert Brault Like any other on this site, I have a burning passion for writing and enjoy it every second of the day. My FictionPress.com account username is 'Wingless Hymn' if your interested in reading any of my original works. My deviantART account, if anyone is interested in seeing any original works from me, can look me up under the username 'Wingless Hymn'. When I'm writing, I feel like I am absorbed into a world of my own: A world filled with possibilities and fantasies beyond imagination. It is a freedom to express myself through my works, and I am humbly thankful for the opportunity to share my creativity with the Fanfiction Community. I hope that my contributions will be enjoyed by all, but I know that not all will like what I have to offer. "Unless I accept my faults I will most certainly doubt my virtues." - Hugh Prather I write to the best of my abilities, and like anyone, I have my own faults here and there when writing. I try to be the best I can be as I am bringing my words to life on paper. I am a new high school student whose loves revolve around friends, family, pets, drawing, reading and writing. I am the proud owner of two very lovable outdoor cats, one being sweeter than sugar towards anyone he meets and one being the nastiest when she comes in contact with other people who do not live in the household on a regular basis. Challenging myself in anything whether it be drawing or writing is always a fun thing for me. I like to see what I'm capable of and what I can use a little bit of work in. Sometimes letting myself slip into my imaginative world is the best thing to release the creative flow of my mind. "If you surrender to the wind, you can ride it." - Toni Morrison Inspiration becomes easier to obtain the more I open my mind to the possibilities. Without my friends, family and goofy pets... well, let's just say I wouldn't have started writing in the first place. Everyone in my life I believe has something to contribute in making me the person I see in the mirror every waking hour of my life. They inspire me to be the best I can be and to continue reaching for my goals despite how far-fetched they may seem. For that, I am forever grateful in knowing the people I love in this lifetime. "One doesn't know, till one is a bit at odds with the world, how much one's friends who believe in one rather generously, mean to one." - D.H. Lawrence The friends I have today are like no other I've ever met in my life. They are the true definition of 'best friends'. I wasn't the type of person who made friends easily throughout my days in elementary school. The closest I had to friends were the ones that came and went in my life that left with no imprint in my heart. They were, as one would say, the least important characters in a story's development. I had one friend who made a permanent mark in my heart who I'll never forget as my very first best friend. She opened my eyes and aided in taking my gradual steps out of my lonely shy shell. Because of her, I have best friends now that I would never have had if it weren't for her. So, I thank her from the bottom of my heart for the gift of friendship she has given me. "A book is the only place in which you can examine a fragile thought without breaking it, or explore an explosive idea without fear it will go off in your face. It is one of the few havens remaining where a man's mind can get both provocation and privacy." - Edward P. Morgan The only thing I love more than writing and drawing is picking up a good book and indulging myself within it's leafy pages. I adore multiple genres of books since I was introduced to its enriching world. The first book I ever read was Goosebumps, and it never ceased to scare the living daylights out of me! Any kind of book whether romance, action, adventure, supernatural, fantasy, etc. is always an entertaining read for me. One can never have enough books! Story Section All of my stories categorized by anime/manga, TV Shows, books, etc. and organized based on date of creation.
