Hi, I'm a 25 year old Hufflepuff from Germany. I'm no writer myself and actually not even a great book enthusiast (I'm often too lazy to invest my time and emotional energy)... But a couple of years back I fell in love with the world of Harry Potter like most people, just muuuuch later. Anyway, the universe grips me to this day and I have pretty much exhausted every source of information repeatedly. I'm also pretty excited about the Fantastic Beasts series. I follow stuff on Pottermore occasionally. Cursed Child ... Well I've seen (and loved) the play, but I really hated the story, because it pretty much broke canon constantly. Lately I'm shipping a Minerva/Albus pairing. I know - that's ancient fanfiction history and fore sure JK put a damper on it with the announcement that Dumbledore ist gay in 2007 (yes, there were signs). But back in 2005 I was oblivious to all this and didn't understand the language.. so... Here I am. I especiallye enjoy longer fics with much detail and side stories that explore happenings during the war against Grindelwald and Minervas school days in the present or in memory. I appreciate it if the story fits into the unknown corners of book canon, but some stories are amazing with tweaking the circumstances. I'm also warming up to other pairings. I am seriously impressed by all the talented writers out there and the often dark and angsty themes with lots of emotion, heartbreak and inner turmoil. I enjoy reading and exploring them very much. I've collected all the stories I really liked, so if there is another nutcase like me... I hope you'll find something new in that list.
