Due to leave for France in the morning, Matthew attends a farewell lunch at the Abbey, while Mary struggles to say goodbye.

Molly's mother is a horrid, verbally abusive individual. She hates her daughter and has no qualms letting her know it. Sherlock and Mycroft step in and proceed to scare the ever-living crap out of her.

Mary ponders something over breakfast. A random bit of fluff, assuming that Mary and Matthew are married at this point - no specific time frame.

Set immediately after the end of Series 1. My take how a resolution between Mary and Matthew could be reached. Cue lots of soul searching and a good old argument!
