Out on the farm, we never get rid of an old sauce pan. Once the handle has been removed, saucepans make great water and feeding bowls for household pets and small livestock. The heavy pans are best since they aren't as prone to tipping over.

After loading the Ambitions expansion pack, you have to load the new buildings into your town. These include: consignment shop, salon, fire station, and a junkyard. If you don't have empty places in town already, I suggest making some areas where you would like these to go before installing the expansion pack. You can of course add these in later if you wish too.

As a newbie to Corvairs, make life easier-buy only a car that runs and has brakes. Buying junk yard cannot drive poses all sorts of question marks and unknowns-some think this is fun-I don't. I consider it a red flag about the true internal condition despite the excellent body and external appearance. There is a reason the car does not run or has no brakes- and it probably is bad and costly! Granted, the non-running car may not run because of some simple issue that the owner does not know how to easily fix (the Carbs may be very dirty and simply need rebuilding and cleaning) but you really don't know- it is a gamble. Some find taking a gamble is part of the fun in restoration. Finding some junk car and giving it a rebirth to a new car.

The cool thing is I got to experiment with some new technology. I replaced the Bosch platinum spark plugs some new E3 spark plugs recommended by the counter girl at O'Reilly auto parts. I have to say they did make a difference. The car is quieter, faster and smoother than it ever has been. After the test drive with a new spark plugs, I replaced the cap rotor and wires. No real change there so I know for sure it was all the spark plugs.

Deal with an agency within your state that is ruled by state legislation. The worst thing we want to do is suggest that something negative could occur, but always be prepared for potential issues.

Even if the car is a collectors-item one should not expect to be able to get a lot of money for it, especially if it has not been working for a while. But, it is better to get something thin to get nothing at all. There are junk car owners who get their cars towed and even pay to have it towed, instead of getting something in return for it. This is a very big mistake. If the car is not a model that is collected by car enthusiasts then it may not be possible to find a private buyer for it. This is unfortunate because there is no better chance of getting a decent amount of money for it from a private buyer.

Lap Dogs: Too timid to do anything significant. They're more comfortable in their same little spot. They fear if they move out of their safe zone, they won't know what to do.
