(Suicide Squad, Ayerverse.) This is my take on the few scenes we saw of Joker/Harley's origin in the new Suicide Squad trailer! Very dark, but isn't that the best way to be?

This story is in two narratives: the first from the POV of a new guard under the Joker's wing, to whom he sets a task to test his obedience. The second is from Harley's POV, telling us how she views her beloved clown. (Suicide Squad heavily inspired)

Bruce is in Arkham, struggling to keep himself afloat, Joker has a solution but Bruce will have to set aside his morals.

When Joker escapes from Arkham faster than normal Batman immediately heads out to put him back before he has the chance to cause more destruction.
