I'm a 20-something NW Indiana. I am a licensed cosmetologist. Spend most of my time knitting and crocheting. Loves/interests include but not limited to: Horror, hair, Chicago Blackhawks, Velvet Undergound, David Bowie, Ramones, Phil Collins, Black Keys, High Fidelity (both the book and movie), GenX movies, girls night out with my besties that I've known since I was little, Vonnegut, classic movies, dive bars & coffee houses that have a kitchy aesthetic, Tarantino, Golden Girls, Gilmore Girls, animals (especially dogs), cartoons from the 70s & 80s (some 90s), Tabatha Coffey, classic TV, PBS, Warhol, coffee, Hello Kitty, margaritas with family and friends, Criminal Minds... did I mention coffee?

I do not own anything dealing with pop culture.

I try to write as close to real life as I can. Whether it's mannerisms, how someone talks and what they say (as I'm from NW Indiana, I do end sentences with prepositions... it's how we talk. Deal with it), etc. Like Tarantino, I can on occasion, get a bit wordy and can talk quite a bit on pop culture. I also tend to put who I am/want to be into my OC. But I do try to keep it as cannon as possible, within realm of the story.

Working on writing slowly but surely. When not studying (I am back in school) or crafting (especially for projects that have a deadline), I am trying to write, but it maybe a paragraph a weekend. I apologize, and I hope you all understand. Thanks for reading!
