Following the events in 2013, the survivors of Raccoon City find themselves in Puerto Rico and eventually New York and India to stop new bio hazard epidemics and to catch the one responsible. But what about a menace they thought was gone? How will they survive as the world erupts into a third world war with the virus used as weapons by the world powers in its vortex?

Jake comes to the U.S. to surprise Sherry after being seperated for a year. Upon his arrival, he comes to find out Sherry is on a mission that sent her to China. The C-Virus is still being produced and Sherry has gone undercover to stop it. However, Sherry must go undercover as a dancer/hostess for men to buy her for her time. Jake decides he will help Sherry in his own way.
