Six years after Sara leaves the lab and Las Vegas, Grissom retires and moves to Boston. There, he finds a nice compromise to the life he's always loved, and his old friend, Dan. Little did he know that he and Dan have a mutual acquaintance.

My own story idea as to why Sara returned without Grissom. Set in my own alternate universe; GSR; the characters are mine at least for the next 40 chapters or so...LOL

The case involves a four-hour drive to a tiny town in the middle of the desert, but when Grissom and Sara have to spend the night, their stay in a rackety old motel pushes them to takes steps they weren't counting on. Season Five-pre-Committed.

The story will be GSR, set around mid season 5, a kind of AU how they got together mixed with lots of other drama, angst, fluff and stuff, no main CD, and will be quite a long story, although no where near as long as my Dead Bodies New life Story.
