Hermione was sitting at a table in the three broom sticks reading a book.

Draco came in and saw her so he sat next to her and said "hi Granger"

Hermione doesn't look up from her book and says "what do you want Draco?"

"What? I can't have a nice conversation with you?" Malfoy said.

"Fine Draco, what?" She Still doesn't look up from her book.

Draco snatches thebook away from her and says "I need you to take me seriously"

"Fine* Hermione huffs.

Draco smiles and says, " I was wondering if you'd go to the type ball with me? "

Hermione looks shocked and finally says "whats the catch?"

Draco laughs. "There is no catch, just me and you at the ball"

Hermione thinks and then she agrees "fine Draco, you can take me" she looks nervous.

Draco smiles and kisses Hermiones hand.

Hermione pulls away, "what do you think your doing Draco?"

"Kissing your hand" Draco smiles

Hermione blushes a little "OK" she says awkwardly

"See you at the ball Granger " and Draco struts out.

Hermione starts thinking about Draco

*ONE WEEK LATER*

Draco waits for Hermione.

Hermione comes down stairs in a long, flowing, Elegant, beautiful dress.

Draco stares in awe.

Hermione makes her way down to Draco and smiles

"Wow Granger you look- Gorgeous!"

"Thanks Draco your not to bad yourself"

Draco smiles and takes Hermione's hand to the middle of the dance floor and starts slow dancing

Hermione rests her head on Draco's shoulder.

Draco whispers "how are you feeling? Are you wierded out?"

Hermione whispers back "no, I'm fine" she smiles and blushes.

Draco kisses Hermione's cheek.

Hermione looks at Draco deep in his eyes.

Draco leans in closer to Hermione

Hermione does the same

Draco and Hermione kiss passionately.

"Wow Draco, I didn't know you felt like this"

Draco whispers " now you know " he smiles.

Hermione blushes and they continue dancing.
