From a young pre teen, I enjoyed Dark Shadows, Star Trek, the Man From U.N.C.L.E, the girl from U.N.C.L.E. I would run home from grade school. That is until I entered high school. Because the school was at least a mile away I would either have to run walk home or wait for the school bus, which we all know takes forever to make its route so by the time I got home the show was over. Of course I was disappointed. Then in the late 80's low and behold VCR versions of the Dark Shadows were offered with 5 shows per tape. I was excited and found myself as happy as a pig in mud. That for me a mere 20 dollars I could watch what I had missed. It was an exciting time for me to be able to catch up on so much that I had missed and was unable to see. However with the passage of time advances are made to improve electronics and my tapes were transferred over to CD's. Then those CD's became a digitial format. I believe at this time I had accrued around 100 video tapes with no way of storing them. Currently they rest in my garage and I am sure the extreme weather conditions are not helping them. However my wonderful husband was able to obtain every single digital rendering of my favorite show and I now have them all including the revival series on digital format. Speaking of the Revival Series, it did collect a wonderful fan base following but unfortunately Deser Storm killed the show. I was hopeful when I heard that in 2004 we had a new shot at a ressurection and once again that was canned and killed. Much to the disappointment of a lot of fans.

I know there are some out there that would love to reboot the series and they have their ideas but they get lost in wanting to change it so much that is no longer resembles what we fell in love with when we watched the show. To those that wish to reboot don't forget your ideas does not follow the trend and therefore would not be accepted. As a matter of fact to change a thing so much creates annimosity. Remember there were a lot of people that hated and panned the Movie "Johnny Depp" version of Dark Shadows. You saw how that bombed. So when you start to reboot something don't loose sight of how it can be improved but not changed to the point the show is no longer recognizable. Enough of my soap box on this topic. It is just something that annoys me that young minds see bigger and better but not necessarily what is wanted. When you write you write for an audience. If you want to maintain that audience don't forget their feelings too.

Now onto why I write. I write and rewrite when I get bored. I played ADnD for 5 years on AOL and kept all my logs, now I have been transcribing those logs and putting them into novel format for any to enjoy that wish. I plan to bring in a Klingon version of Boreth and the Cleric's of Boreth but that will be forthcoming after I finish the two unfinished novels in the Dark Shadows section and DnD. I am trying hard to understand the concept or need to have reviews. It is nice to be reviewed but I look at my stats and see those as my reviews. If I am being read and enjoyed then my stats are up, if I see a story that has not gotten attention then I figure that is a negative review for that story. I love the contact with the reader. I figure if there is something you want me to change you will instant message me or tell me in an actual review. I want to thank all my loyal followers and promise you that I will not leave anything undone. If I start and publish a story it may take me a couple of weeks but I will finish that story for you. Currently I have over 20 submissions and all but 3 are in progress. I also want everyone to know that I appreciate you for being there for me and cannot thank you enough for your faith in me to provide you with some entertainment.

I write because I can. I write because I am possessed to get these stories out and to share my enjoyment with those that wish to share with me.
