It feels very awkward to type this but I just felt that it would be kind of sad to leave the available space patheticly empty. So here I am. I'll start with talking a little of myself. I live in a tiny island city, called Singapore. I'm a design student studying Visual Communication, who doesn't have a lot of talent but the course doesn't have any exams so what the heck, I just went for it because I felt too lazy to check out the open houses when it was time to decide which course I was going to study. Turns out Design courses were really more intense then other normal courses because of the fact that they don't have exams and I get stuck doing a shit load of projects, there are times I have to go without sleep for two days straight, and I definitely don't get to sleep for at least a week when it comes to the end of semester submission dates because I'm a procrastinator. A damned good on too, because for some reason my creative juices only start flowing when I'm really pressed for time and I work fast when driven against the wall. (You could say I work well under stress but that would sound awfully like a compliment.) Same rules apply for my writing.

I love writing little rants and short stories that usually don't make sense because I tend to stray from the topic, and my train of thought is seriously messed up. I'm not very confident of writing style or the standard of my English and most of the time my little stories die prematurely because I get really annoyed at my obvious lack of talent after reading the works of other, better writers. The only reason why you're reading this description is that, I went temporarily insane with the need to write my Naruto fanfiction- Ties That Bind, that I couldn't sleep for two nights straight thinking about what I could write about. The next two days, I finished four full chapters, a short prologue and a one-shot of about 800 words. I think it was about 12,000 words, which was probably the same number of words I'd accumulated in writing essays for 10 years of primary and secondary school education. That is a big deal for me because I've never made it past the prologue for any story I have ever written. I usually flop when the adrenaline I'd accumulated for a couple of days from holding my pen back, runs out.

I don't usually write sappy romantic things but I actually do have those tendencies, especially after reading shoujo manga. I just don't have the guts to type/write them out because I know I will end up feeling really disgusted and squealy-on-the-inside at the same time, when I read through it after. I usually just imagine them, then feel the goosebumps growing. I usually thrive when I describe angst and macabry details, when I say thrive I mean I can type a lot but they're not necessarily good reading material because my vocabulary is sadly limited. I enjoy the imagery though, it urges me to draw but I usually destroy whatever work I create in that kind of mood unless it's for a project submission. Sometimes, I'd destroy them anyway and suffer redoing it.

I like the japanese culture, what almost all that I know about the japanese culture through reading manga and watching a couple or random animes. Which is the reason why I have a very romantic ideal about the My favorites in the order of preference are:

I have a fetish for books and fresh pieces of paper which is usually the reason why bookstores and stationary supplies stores are hazardous to my health. I use a lot of cash buying notebooks and pretty paper, then spend the remaining on art materials. Which leaves me with nothing to pay for food. Which leads to making me feel depressed, turn my a little cooky and lead me to be either, suicidal, or set me off to start a fight with someone I wouldn't mouth off to when I have food to fuel my brain. Usually I can hold my own but, when I'm too busy insulting someone, I don't notice the fist flying towards my face till the blow connects.
