AU/seriously canon-shafted. With the Shannara Chronicles coming out on TV, it occurred to me that more people would probably be looking at Shannara fan-fic. However, this fan-fic is really, really old - its genesis in 1979 predates Elfstones (on which the TV series is based). If you loved the first book (Sword) most or just think Allanon is really cool, have a look.
