At least Reno goes on missions, and doesn't get to see Rufus constantly. Tsengfus . . . two uptight workaholics . . . sounds BORING!! and LexZex? You don't wanna get me started on a rant. I really hate that pairing, just put it at that.

Pet peeves in writing: emo!Zexion. Where, in the manga, or the game, did they EVER imply that Zexion was some wrist slashing depressed PUNK?? He is manipulative and scheming, behaves very calmly . . . you know what?? he's like Rufus Shinra. They're both calm, cold, manipulative people. Do we see emo!Rufus fics? NO! enough said there.
yo!Reno. For the love of the fucking gods, play the goddamn game in english and watch AC in english - you won't see one goddamn yo in there!! Yeah, so he's got that quirk in the japanese versions - IT DIDN'T GODDAMN CARRY OVER INTO ENGLISH!! cursing!Reno is fine, drunk!Reno is fine, horndog!Reno is great! but drop the fucking 'yo' thing already. My OC Runo gets a revamp in 'Runo and Elidae - a study in partnerships?' she's no longer a strictly Hojo creation that's two years old, but seventeen at the same time . . . Now she's a mutual agreement of Reno and Rufus, born similar to your average child (albeit in one of her father's bellies a created womb, for the curious) and grown as any other child. She's more accurate to what a child of theirs would look like, and is a lot more like her 'Dad' than her 'Daddy' at first glance. She's got her manipulative side too. Due to issues with linking directly on the story, I'll link it here, after much frustration with the link breaking for a stupid percentage symbol This fic will be moved to Trucker Coffee Fiction within the month!

A sequel to 'Runo and Elidae - a study in partnerships?' is going up right now, 'Just another day at the office?'. It could stand on it's own as a ficlet, but it does reference stuff in 'Runo and Elidae' so it's a sequel. More beating up on poor Reno, but not nearly as much as in R&E. This fic will be moved to Trucker Coffee Fiction within the month!

Another new FFVII fic, Last Christmas (which is a working title) covers the story of me and my friends OC Turks, Ceria and Jaydrex. Ceria is utterly hopeless with 'true' weapons, although anything unusual is deadly in her hands. Jaydrex is a rather quiet martial artist, and both girls are unnerved by two of the canon Turks - but why? This fic will be moved to Trucker Coffee Fiction within the month!
