![]() Author has written 1 story for Percy Jackson and the Olympians, and My Life in Ruins. Kimmy: Hey, my name is Kimberly but call me Kimmy! Not Kim, not Kimberly, KIMMY! I really enjoy writing and I take critique no matter how harsh it is. I'm not sensitive. I grew up with three older brothers. Trust me, I'm not sensitive. I mostly like to write about action and fantasy. I'm not one for romance or friendship stories. I like movies where things blow up. And when I say fantasy, I mean like Percy Jackson, Harry Potter, the Immortal Nicholas Flammel series, and the Inheritance Cycle. NOT TWILIGHT! I used to love vampire novels, my favorite being the Cirque du Freak series (I believe it's official series name is the Saga of Darren Shan?). But ever since Twilight got turned into movies every other conversation in the hallways is Edward vs. Jacob. I for one, do like Jacob better, but I don't cite all the reasons why. Bella is just a whiny teenager, stop looking up to her! Some of the fanfics you may see me doing: His Dark Materials (The Golden Compass, The Subtle Knife, and The Amber Spyglass), The 'Burbs, Night at the Museum, and Ghostbusters. (There aren't really any GOOD action/sci-fi/fantasy series out there anymore. Why did Heroes have to start sucking? No Ordinary Family is good, though.) Michelle: Hey everybody! My name's Michelle. Like it says up there ^.^ I don't like writing as much as I love reading, but apperently I'm fairly good at it. Kimmy talked me into doing this :( I like romance, horror, and comedy. I'm sort of a girly girl and I like horror movies because they amuse me. I'm really into romance comedies like Letters to Juliet, the Proposal, When in Rome, and Sweet Home Alabama. Have you guys ever noticed that a lot of romance comedies take place in Italy? (i.e Letters to Juliet and When in Rome, though WIR mostly takes place in NY.) I'm also a HUGE fan of My Life in Ruins. Some of the fanfics you'll probably see me do: My Life in Ruins/Percy Jackson crossover, Sweet Home Alabama, Modern Family, Cheaper by the Dozen, Big Time Rush, Miss Congeniality, Over the Hedge, Finding Nemo, and Inglorious Basterds (Sadly, that is about the only war movie and actually enjoy.) |
