Hi there. I live in England and I've just finished my first year of University (studying Psychology at the University of Kent). I have many obsessions; mostly various forms of fantasy and sci-fi.

Though I prefer to read fanfiction rather than write it, about six years ago I created a Harry Potter based RPG with a few friends consisting purely of OCs which went well, but died a few years back.

I try to write fics that have length (rather than oneshots) because I like sharing all the backstory that's in my mind with people. However, I find it difficult because my mind works in bits. I have so many ideas, but they're all fragmented and none have a solid story. I'll start writing up one of my ideas, then I'll change my mind on where the idea should go, and I'll end up thinking that the idea was just rubbish in the first place. Oh well, I'll keep trying.

What it's like to Belong:

This is the first fanfiction I've ever decided to post on the internet. It is loosely based on my Hogwarts RPG (several of the OC's will be incorporated into the story, but I'll try to keep it to an absolute minimum). This story is focused on Cenizo Verem - who was my first OC.

EDIT: (19th June 2012) Wow. Over a year since I last updated my profile. It probably looks like I've abandoned this story, but I haven't. I just didn't feel comfortable with the back-story and where it was going. My mind is currently involved in creating the prequel to What it's like to Belong just so I'm aware of where the characters have been and the structure of the story. Basically; I'm starting again, pretty much from scratch.

EDIT: (9th January 2011) Seriously stressed right now, so I'm only reading and reviewing. I'm not even writing scrap bits any more D: Hopefully in the summer things will get better... I do however still have ideas for What it's like to Belong and hope to write it someday.

EDIT: (10th October 2010) My life hasn't really been getting any better, so I doubt I'll ever get round to re-writing this... Sorry. I may however start writing a different story. I haven't decided yet.

EDIT: (12th June 2010) All work on this story has been halted due to the last 6 months being extremely stressful. Life events have occurred and it's just generally not been a very good time for me. Hopefully - as the work load has decreased due to the exams finishing - I will be able to start posting chapters again.
