Well, i have ffx and ffx-2, neither of which are completed yet... :(

Fave couple in ffx is...*wow this is hard*... TIDUS AND YUNA!
and in ffx-2 it is...Brother and Yuna! (well there not EXACTLY a couple...but...you can make teeny tiny exceptions! ;D) I think it's sweet with the whole Brother-Yuna thing.
But if you have been reading MY story (aka Return of the Aeons), my fave couple is Paine and ??? (read the damn story to find who it is *hint hint*)
