should always continue in the story they started publishing,
should be proud of their work,
should be able to admit that their work may suck, but still be proud of it,
should accept any criticism,
should be grateful for any review,
should thank the readers for reading their story
should enjoy their work :)

All readers:

should read any story till the end,
should be grateful to writers for their hard work,
should always write a review on a story they've read
shouldn't be afraid to write a bit of criticism in a review (but you don't have to write it harshly)
should enjoy the reading :)

And I:
