![]() Author has written 13 stories for RWBY, Big Bang Theory, Once Upon a Time, 101/102 Dalmatians, Descendants, 2015, and Harry Potter. Also Me: https://www.fictionpress.com/u/1128496/ I am the Beta Reader for Merendinoemiliano. Below is the link to his profile: https://www.fanfiction.net/u/9471015/merendinoemiliano P.S. I know that there are errors in some of my works, and while I do the best to eliminate them I am not perfect. I don't have an editor. I use Microsoft Word and my own two eyes but those don't catch everything. I'm just a young woman who has a computer and a talent for writing. But, again, that doesn't make me perfect. I am still a human being. Welcome, wanderer of the world wide web to my profile page. I'm Semblance, and, yes, I am a girl. I was a born a girl, and I do identify as such. Pursuing a PhD of Neurobiology. I am also a dancer, musician, singer, songwriter, actor, and writer. Notice: Fellow RWBY fans, I understand that RT going off of YouTube might seem a bit crazy or counterproductive but - honestly - YouTube is a corporate monster that likes to shut down creative content that it doesn't find to be politically correct enough. The freedoms of speech and expression exist for a reason, and with YouTube limiting that it is perfectly rational for RT to go off that platform. Just wait a week after they premiere and watch the episodes on their website. Don't watch them illegally on YouTube or anywhere else, that is how shows like RWBY get cancelled. Which is the last thing any of us want. Notice: Everyone is free to ship whatever they like, but I just want to say that I personally view the Ruby and Oscar ship (Rosegarden) as sick. No offense to anyone who ships it, but it's pretty close to Ruby dating her professor. And since I'm convinced that Ozpin will eventually overtake Oscar...I'd rather not have that line tread much further. It's creepy, and it's wrong, and it's just sick. The student-teacher boundary exists for good reason. Don't cross it or quasi cross it. Please. Pretty, pretty please. Notice: Interpret this however you like, but the victims are not to blame for their sorrows or suffering - they are only responsible for their handling of their pain. Notice: Today we mourn the passing of a beloved old friend, Common Sense, who has been with us for many years. No one knows for sure how old he was, since his birth records were long ago lost in bureaucratic red tape. He will be remembered as having cultivated such valuable lessons as knowing when to come in out of the rain; why the early bird gets the worm; life isn't always fair; and maybe it was my fault. Common Sense lived by simple, sound financial policies -- don't spend more than you can earn -- and reliable strategies --adults, not children, are in charge -- that were within reason. His health began to deteriorate rapidly when well-intentioned but overbearing regulations were set in place. Reports of a 6 year-old boy charged with sexual harassment for kissing a classmate; teens suspended from school for using mouthwash after lunch; and a teacher fired for reprimanding an unruly student, only worsened his condition. Common Sense lost ground when parents attacked teachers for doing the job that they themselves had failed to do in disciplining their unruly children. It declined even further when schools were required to get parental consent to administer calpol, sun lotion, tylenol, ibuprofen, or a band-aid to a student; but could not inform parents when a student became pregnant and wanted to have an abortion. Common Sense took a beating when you couldn't defend yourself from a burglar in your own home and the burglar could sue you for assault. Common Sense finally lost the will to live as the Ten Commandments became contraband; churches became businesses; and criminals received better treatment than their victims. Common Sense was preceded in death by his parents, Truth and Trust; his wife, Discretion; his daughter, Responsibility; and his son, Reason. He is survived by his 3 stepbrothers: I Know My Rights, Someone Else Is To Blame, and I'm A Victim. Not many attended his funeral because so few realized he was gone. If you still remember him, pass this on. If not, join the majority and do nothing. ~ xoxo SemblanceOfInvisibility | |||||||
