I have an extremely obsessive personality. I usually have one big obsession and a bazillion smaller ones. For the past two years my large obsession has been Peter Pan and now I've moved on to Billy Elliot! I absolutely LOVE it! Some smaller obsessions include Johnny Depp, Aladdin's hair, Fang, Fang's hair, Pirates of the Caribbean, Tim Burton, Harry Potter, Maximum Ride, Percy Jackson, The Hunger Games, and many, many more! ( I just realized that this sounds like an advertisement. If you buy this obsession now, we'll throw in all of these minor obsessions for only half the price! But only if you call now!) I am a HUGE theatre freak and my ultimate goal is to someday be on Broadway! Writing helps with acting, believe it or not, so hopefully I'll have something posted soon! 10 Weird Things About Me 1. I only listen to Broadway show tunes so I seriously will have no idea what you are talking about when it comes to current music 2. I wish I could live at Disney World and I'm in high school 3. I've only had one boyfriend ever and I don't think he counts 4. I used to read about 3 to 4 books a week until I discovered fanfiction 5. I know every single word to every single song in A Very Potter Musical (even the parts with dialogue) 6. During rehearsal when I bored instead of playing angry birds on my phone like a normal person, I knit... and I'm actually really good 7. I have the most old fashioned sense of style out of anyone I know. I really think I was supposed to be a 50's teenager, not a 10's (?) teenager 8. I am an extremely happy and content person (nothing very traumatic has ever happened to me (ex. death of someone close to me, parents getting divorced, medical issues. Heck! I've never even moved!)) and yet I love dark and dreary things, like Sweeney Todd and for some reason I think of Alice in Wonderland as very dark as well and I love anything that makes me cry (if I'm crying, that means it's good) while at the same time I love stuff like Disney and sparkles 9. My friends and I like to come up with really weird stories (when we get bored, we play this game where we sit in a circle and each say one word to form a story) and we come up with really weird things like a guy whose pet goldfish died and so he went to the pet store and found dogs with cat tails and dolphins who didn't like to swim in fire because it burned their stomachs. and Once my friend and I came up with a story about the Weasley twins and they got into a horrible branding accident and George hung Fred's arm up on a wall after he died and was all depressed and... I'm just gonna stop there. 10. I used to not have the greatest friends ever but it's really weird because all of my old friends have moved or transferred schools so I got a new start and now I have the best friends EVER! I just think it's so strange that literally ALL of them left. And now I couldn't be happier! That's mean... but it's true! if they were still here I never would have met my current friends. This is a story about God. Read if you believe in him, and read even if you don't. A teenage girl about 17 named Diane had gone to visit some friends one evening and time passed quickly as each shared their various experiences of the past year. She ended up staying longer than planned, and had to walk home alone. She wasn't afraid because it was a small town and she lived only a few blocks away. As she walked along under the tall elm trees, Diane asked God to keep her safe from harm and danger. When she reached the alley, which was a short cut to her house, she decided to take it. However, halfway down the alley she noticed a man standing at the end as though he were waiting for her. She became uneasy and began to pray, asking for God's protection. Instantly a comforting feeling of quietness and security wrapped round her, she felt as though someone was walking with her. When she reached the end of the alley, she walked right past the man and arrived home safely. The following day, she read in the newspaper that a young girl had been raped in the same alley just twenty minutes after she had been there. Feeling overwhelmed by this tragedy and the fact that it could have been her, she began to weep. Thanking the Lord for her safety and to help this young woman, she decided to go to the police station. She felt she could recognize the man, so she told them her story. The police asked her if she would be willing to look at a lineup to see if she could identify him. She agreed and immediately pointed out the man she had seen in the alley the night before. When the man was told he had been identified, he immediately broke down and confessed. The officer thanked Diane for her bravery and asked if there was anything they could do for her. She asked if they would ask the man one question. Diane was curious as to why he had not attacked her. When the policeman asked him, he answered, "Because she wasn't alone. She had two tall men walking on either side of her." Amazingly, whether you believe or not, you're never alone. Did you know that 98 of teenagers will not stand up for God, and 93 of the people that read this won’t repost it? Repost this if you truly believe in God If my life was a movie, this would be my soundtrack: (You just put your iPod on shuffle and write down the songs in the order they play next to each part of the movie. For example, the first song that plays would be your opening credits, the next song would be waking up.) Opening Credits: The Medallion Calls from Pirates of the Caribbean (Hahaha! That would be EPIC!) Waking Up: Bad Bad News from 13 the Musical (...Nice wake up song... (sarcasm)) First Day At School: Shine from Billy Elliot the Musical Falling In Love: Goin' Back to Hogwarts from A Very Potter Musical (I LOVE that song!!) Fight Song: Impossible-It's Possible from Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella Breaking Up: Circle of Life from the Lion King (That make ZERO sense! It's pretty funny though! Can't you just imagine it? *dramatically* I think we should break up... NANTS INGONYAMA BAGITHI BABA! SITHI UHHMM INGONYAMA!) Prom night: Message From a Nightingale from the Drowsy Chaperone (Pretty much every song from that show is very annoyingly catchy except Show Off and Toledo Surprise) Life: Angel of Music from Phantom of the Opera Mental Breakdown: A Little More Homework from 13 the Musical (haha! There's always a little more homework which DEFINITELY causes me freaquent mental breakdowns!) Driving: Bad Romance the Glee Cast version Flashback: this one was a song I recorded at my school pep rally of the percussion playing! I called it Awesome Battery (For those of you who aren't in band, battery are the drums that actually march. The percussion that doesn't march is called pit) Getting back together: Juliet by LMNT Wedding: Don't Rain On My Parade from Funny Girl Birth of Child: One Jump Ahead from Aladdin Final Battle: Joanna from Sweeney Todd Funeral Song: Electricity from Billy Elliot the Musical Final Credits: Expressing Yourself from Billy Elliot the Musical (This one is seriously perfect! It's my all time favorite song EVER!) You Know You're Obsessed With Maximum Ride When... 1.
