A bad day for Arthur takes a turn for the worse when he and Merlin meet a sorcerer. However, it seems the sorcerer means no harm, and only has a message to deliver. Something along the lines of "an army of sorcerers marching on Camelot"...

The Doctor and the Ponds get more than they expected when they land in medieval Camelot and meet King Arthur Pendragon and his wary servant Merlin. Once again Morgana lusts after the throne and in her blind ambition, summons a powerful, evil force beyond her control. The warlock must overcome his distrust of the madman in the blue box before all of Camelot is shrouded in darkness.

She will always remember the man who beat her at her own game...the man who changed her life. So when he comes to her door, she will help in any way she can. Because she is Irene Adler, and Sherlock Holmes is nothing without John Watson. SPOILERS for S2.

Merlin manages to get himself and Arthur stuck in the early 21st century when a hunting trip goes terribly wrong. They are stuck there until the Doctor comes to save the day, but with the accuracy of the TARDIS it might still take them awhile to get home.
