In which Emma ponders morality, touches things she's not supposed to touch, traps herself and Regina in a basement, discusses classic literature, compares Regina to an ex convict, reveals her dating history, shows Regina just how 'enjoyable' a woman can be, and maybe -just maybe- falls in love too. (Written for the fifth Swan Queen Week Day 7: Trapped Together)

Ten years ago, Regina was kidnapped by the Home Office, and put through three years of torture. When she finally returns home, she's been dramatically changed - both mentally and physically. With the HO threatening to return for her, it will be the ties she has to her son and the rest of her family that will keep her strong. Pre SQ/ Henry-Regina, Regina-Snow. Post Ep 2x20.

The aftermath of Kuvira's attack on Republic City: Korra and Asami return from the Spirit World and Korra sets out on a journey to reconnect with the spirits of some Avatars who chose to move to the Spirit World after their deaths; Opal and Bolin surprise themselves when something they didn't expect comes to pass; Mako is in a sticky situation involving a girl. T for strong themes.

Set after 3b in a peaceful Storybrooke where Regina is with Robin and Emma's fallen into a relationship with Hook. Shame about all that subtext that's rapidly threatening to become text.

(immediately after 3b) Regina turns around, her eyes very red, and a thousand excuses rattling through Emma's mind fall silent. "What the hell do you want now?"

When Regina hears that the flower tattoo on Emma Swan's wrist is called a ville de lyon, she sees a way out of her fairy dust-mandated destiny with the lion-tattooed Robin Hood. Was it a coincidence, a fairy dust blunder, or was there a bigger conspiracy at play? (Takes place one year after everything has settled back in Storybrooke. Veers from canon as of mid-season 3. Swan Queen)

An exercise in using somewhat lurid romance novel prose to describe an existential - almost - crisis. Almost. Written for Yuletide. [sort of Deirdre, sort of Corwin, sort of romance]
