It's rotten and cold inside this room,
Sometimes I can't breathe, like any second I'll get swallowed by it,
There are no doors for me to open, no ways to escape, I'm trapped,
But there's a window that's completely sealed,
I can still see out of it, compared to the inside, it's beautiful outside,
The sun shines through the window, giving a small patch of warmth to the room,
I see the trees and flowers, blooming in growth and liveliness,
I see people, laughing and smiling, enjoying the sunlight as much as they can,
From the other side of the window, I long for what they have,
The warmth, the comfort, the enjoyment, everything,
But I can't, I want to but I can't,
Looking out of the window is all I can do,
It's all I can do...
