![]() Author has written 7 stories for Torchwood. Okay I decided to share a little bit about myself and my writing style. I will tell you that I only just recently admitted to being a Sci-Fi fan. I think that I was in denial. My father had me watching Star Trek, Dr. Who and many others when I was little and it wasn't cool to like the Sci-Fi in my girly world. Since than I have loved Roswell, Eureka, the new Dr. Who (as well as watching the old), and of course Torchwood. When Ianto died I was sad, but knew that like ER and Buffy the Vampire Slayer I would just turn my tv off and be done with it. That was until I starting reading comments from articles and then I got angry. I won't go into detail here folks because not everyone feels as strongly as I do or the same way and ultimately I write so people can find enjoyment, sadness, and whatever else they feel the desire to feel (you can go to the above mentioned web page however and read all my angry ramblings should you so choose). So I got angry, really angry and so I wrote. I wrote the first two stories in the Regrets series in a very short time period and had no idea what to do with them and then my mind was turned on to the world of fan fiction. I decided not to keep them to myself as I do with most of my writing, but decided to share them. So I have and will continue to do so until the muses are finally at rest. But folks mind works down all sorts of different roads (hence the new series) and I must follow them were they go. I always come back though to the ones I have left behind until they are finished and the Regrets series is far from done. I have oh so many ideas of where these people are going. So stick with me and keep the reviews coming even if they are to criticize. You need that to know what directions work and as much as I am writing for myself I am writing for others. I know the feeling I get when I read new stories and ideas. I lose myself in the worlds that you the authors have created and I hope that when you read my stories you lose yourself in mine. Enjoy them that is what they are therefore. I am in my mid twenties and live in the wonderful state of Minnesota and despite what you might have read and heard this truly a great state. I have been writing for as long as I can remember, using my emotions as my guide. Often times in class I found myself day dreaming up stories of far away lands or being rescued by the goblin king from 4 period algebra. I don't claim to have any kind of talent, just a mind that likes to spin a yarn. So as I have sad above, enjoy them folks. Regrets (For sure there will be a total of 10) 1. A Day Without 2. The Return 3. Crimson and Clover 4. Knowing-in progress, it really is, I promise. For anyone still reading this story I hope to have it finished by July. I desperately want to get to the next story because it's brilliant but the characters aren't cooperating here. Simply Is 1. Chances 2. Actions 3. Reactions |
