Let me put this out there:

If I didn't like your work, you most likely would not hear from me. I am not one of those "I am mighter than thou reviewer/writers". I would not bash someone over how they portray a character. The reason I read fanfiction in the first place is to see my favorite characters put into a varying degree of situations and relationships. Other than spelling or grammar, and I would just suggest a beta. I would not bother someone because their view of the characters differ from mine.
