Society is a fickle thing. It changes inevitably, advancing slowly. But ideas only change if society lets them. Ever since their first case, their bond has only grown. First it was forced camaraderie, then friendship. Lastly, they became lovers. But in Zootopia, "Anyone can be Anything". If this is true... then who says a fox and bunny cannot become mates?

Zootopia's shiny buildings and 'clean' streets hide a gritty underworld. When gruesome murders come to town, the new detectives are forced to team up with a mysterious special agent to uncover an ancient secret, all the while trying to figure out the most terrifying secret of all: feelings. Nick has been cursed, doomed to survive only by feeding off the blood of predators. How can he break the spell without Judy finding out? (Gory stuff. Vampires. Some strong language.)

As they do they'll discover more secrets from the city's underbelly, and learn new truths about each other and the past. Some things are so horrible that simply knowing them is painful, but more widely opened eyes are often kinder.

Zootopia AU picking up just after the press conference about the savage animals. Only this time, Judy doesn't find Nick afterwards. Filled with hurt and betrayal, Nick returns to the darker side of Zootopia, a side far worse than what the movie portrays. Rated M to be safe.

Responding to a routine call, Nick reconnects with an old friend. Judy learns that, for the fox, becoming a cop is going to be harder than she'd realized. Can be read as Wildehopps or not, to taste.

Nick and Judy have had a calm three years since the NightHowler incident. With thoughts of settling down, and one romanticizing the other. everything seems to be going well. However, a large shoot out reveals a massive, renewed crime network, with hidden plans laying in wait outside the city. Outside aid comes to them, only to make everything all the more complicated.
