A continuation of "New Beginnings"

It's a few days after Alexis has come home and Martha has to give someone a swift kick to put things back on track. (Renamed and added to.) Kate talks to Alexis to help her.

Dr Burke suggested to Kate that, as she found it difficult to express her innermost thoughts and feelings, she should keep a diary. Reluctantly she did just that and quickly found it remarkably theraputic. Season 4 seen through Kate's eyes.

"I need space." It wasn't the first time Castle had heard those words, but it would be the last. Beckett may want space but that was one thing he wasn't going to give her. He was going to fight, either for her, or against her.! Set during Rise

After waking up in Castle's bed Kate panics and tries to cover up any evidence she had been there, hoping that he would wake up thinking it was all just a dream. Unfortunately for her Castle is a better detective than she gives him credit for. Now it's up to him to make her face her own feelings but given how stubborn she can be he's going to have to be a little creative.

"She couldn't tell him yet, not now, not until the case was closed." Beckett has a secret that she is keeping from Castle, they all have a case that needs to be solved, and a desperate man has a gun in his hands. Things are sure to get a little angsty along the way, but all will eventually end happily. Caskett centric! Future fic. Rated T to be safe.

The story happens in Season 5 Kate has returned to the Precinct and a New murder has taken place which will strengthen or weaken the Castle family bonds.
