A second glance at Elizabeth, and Darcy felt an immediate pull. In a library one evening, his guard dropped, and he couldn't help himself. It was not a lady's imagination that led a rapid jump from admiration to matrimony skipping over love, but it was rather the heated actions of both. Deep feelings tend to get in the way when hidden and can undo the potential for happiness.

So many novels end with the promise of marriage, and so few describe what happens after. I've often wondered about this particular wedding night, but frankly, Mr Darcy has changed so much by giving him some human feelings, I cannot imagine him, or Elizabeth, fumbling secretly in the dark anymore. Forced to marry at the end of the the 74th Hunger Games, Katniss & Peeta face an uphill battle to convince Panem their love is real. A battle compounded by President Snow. With help, they try to forge a true marriage in the face of a new baby, broken promises, and a burgeoning rebellion. There's a quarter quell coming. But that's not the only thing in air.
