The story behind our pen-name isn't particularly interesting or amusing, but it might let you get to know is a bit better. :)

So, we were playing Rockband, and we were standing there with the guitar and the mic and thinking...What would be a rad Rockband name? Because you know you can't rock out properly unless you have a rockin' name, yes? So we think and think and think. Then we come to the astounding conclusion that our initials form KA. And what is a rockin' KA phrase? Kick-ass. Thus, our pen name is semi born!
